I know we all have our favorite series, but what is a manga you've read that you would never touch again? Here are two of mine from the bottom of the barrel:
Because I'm the Goddess by Shamneko - It's been a while so I can't remember all the specifics, but I think this may have been the epitome of mediocre.
Pita-Ten Vol. 01 by Koge Donbo - Really pretty, but the lack of plot and character depth drove me nuts.

I thought Hibiki's Magic was abysmal! Teenage boys pointing guns at a little girl- awful!

I've read a few horrible ones. Unfortunately touchstones don't seem to be working
Princess Tutu - I think it was based on the anime instead of the other way around. The anime is supposed to be good, but the manga is unreadable, and a lot of the best stuff from the anime doesn't appear.
Ark Angels - This one just failed at a bunch of awesome ideas. Her other series are pretty good, but this one is a mess.
Boys Be... - If I had stopped reading after 6 volumes this would have been great, but it keeps reusing the same jokes, stories, and character designs over and over for 20 volumes.
Bastard! - I have faith that this will get better, and I have to admit I kind of like it, but I'm four volumes in and I can't imagine many other people getting much farther with the way the story has been. It is kind of awesome, though.

The Princess Tutu manga was pretty horrific. They took all the fun and soul of out the anime (which was excellent!) and made something that had nothing in common with the anime's theme, story, or characters.
Ayashi no Ceres was bad. The premise had promise, but Touya appeared and it soon tanked.
I wasted money on some Shaman King volumes a long time ago too.. ick.

Heh, there is some truly awful manga around.
If we count Chinese too, then I have to bring up Gapz Garden which I finished only today. I almost quit in the middle (something I hardly ever do). . The storytelling is off key and things and characters make little sense. The drift into full steam angst towards the end makes things weirder and even worse; and there is no actual ending. Bah.
One of the worst I read? Girl Saurus It's nothing but a boy's ecchi fantasy. I'm actually quite disgusted with that kind of story. I read this one but only because it was reasonably short. (Three volumes do not sound short? They are when you just glance them over for fear of lasting damage. -_-)
38 Degrees was also incredibly bad. Mainly, the art was bad. The stories were highly confusing too. >.> What a mess!
I don't know if I'd go as far as saying it was bad, but I was hugely disappointed with Ichigo Channel. Lack of characters, depth, and silly reasonings to create misunderstandings or fights just to keep the story going.
Now Boys 'n' Girl was just straight out bad. I had to brush through the second half because it was just so pointless. Made little sense. Hardly any characters at all. Such a sad excuse for a manga. . I wonder how it ever got to five volumes, seriously.
... Ack, I could just going on and on. It seems that I tend to pick up a lot of garbage. ^^;

I guess I've been lucky, there have only been a couple I didn't really like, but nothing I felt was horrible.

After just reading volume 10 of Pastel, I think I'm just going to throw that entire series into the pile and burn it. I even wanted to like it, and it sometimes shows promise, but there's just nothing redeeming about it, it's all fanservice and horrible storytelling.
>5 Courcelle: - I've never heard of any of those series. Just out of curiosity, are some of the others Chinese, or just the first? Not that I plan on reading any of them, they sound... really horrible.

I have to say that while I absolutely love Maki Murakami I have to say that her other series Kenpai! is really terrible. I thought it would be good because I loved Graviation but sadly it wasn't nearly as good and I couldn't even finish the first volume.

Zatch Bell D= It was just... strange. I hated the art style, the plot was plain weird and it just didn't drag me in at all.
Also Ark Angels wasn't as interesting as it looked. I also dropped Battle Royale, that may be to do with my dislike of gore rather than the plot or art =P

it was "ONE ~ai ni naritai" by miyagawa masayo. my memories could be a little skewed because i vowed never to pick it up again after giving it the once through... that was years ago, and i still have it in my library - perhaps i should try to look at it again to see if the reason for hating it is really as i remember: basically, the main character was a pathetic girl, who ended up having to live with her relatives... things go pretty bad when she and her cousin end up liking the same guy. in any case, i just remembered that she was very weak, and she would run away to the next city whenever trouble appeared. it was EXHAUSTING. i don't like characters who are that weak.....
