Literature w/poems, quotes, scripture, short stories

This book is a book geared to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. It was published in the 70's possibly 80's. The cover is a picture that I cannot remember however, it is green shades and the picture is embossed or perhaps a better term would be it has "relief". It has short stories, poems, quotes, scriptures. Have hunted in various thrift stores as well as Deseret Bookstore, all to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.

Do you remember if it was part of a series, like the "Especially for Mormons" or "Out of the Best Books" volumes, or was it a stand-alone book? Also, do you remember it being geared toward a certain age group?
