Can't find newly added books in "Add work to series" search

Hi,

Speculation from my part, but it looks to me that the search index the "Add work to series" search feature uses isn't being updated with newly added books.
Over the last couple of days (since Monday) I wanted to add a couple of books to their respective series, but I can't find the new books.
The examples I have so far are:

Another book I could add, but it was already part of more member's libraries, so I suspect that it was added before the current problems.

In the case of Fairy Tail - 100 Years Quest, volume 6 I made sure I searched without any special characters. 100 Years Quest does find the 5 previous volumes, but not the new one.

Hopefully I'm doing something wrong,

You can add the work to the series from the work. If you just added the book today, it takes 24 to 48 hours for the cache to catch up and get the book into the search system.

Also, I believe site search was glitching this morning, so it's possible that's related. Site search is a portion of the add to series search, which would throw things off.

I just realized that I only tested my library search, not site-search. So it probably was related to the site search problems. It was already more than 48 hours since I added those books, but after a week they now do show up.

Thanks for the hint of the alternative way, I hadn't noticed that link before and it takes out the need to search for the book to add.
