Help please... book error

I was browsing through a series and found a book listed but the cover doesn't match with the book title and author. Also the CK details and the series information pertain to the "book-cover" book not the "title & author" book. The book description does match the title and author.

I'm new to LT and haven't been able to figure out how to fix the entry. Thanks for any help.

We cannot fix the old series as these are locked so any bad information is there to stay (The one in CK - these will be dropped at some point) but I fixed the rest.

I found a book that was combined in error with another book.

Flour in the Attic by Winnie Archer had been combined with Murder at the PTA by Lee Hollis. I separated the books but Murder at the PTA still has the Series identified in Common Knowledge for Flour in the Attic. It is locked so I can't get it removed.

Is there a special trick to unlocking this field? I'll keep trying.

Series is no longer in CK. Use the "Series and work relationships" module instead.

One other thing... Murder at the PTA still has the cover for Flour in the Attic listed for it. Is there a way to delete that cover from Murder at the PTA?

I've flagged it, but that probably won't help as it is an Amazon cover based on an ISBN that is still included.

I've also flagged the wrong cover on the other work. That cover was uploaded by a LibraryThing member, so there's a chance that it will end up in the right place eventually.
