Don’t Keep Silent is the third book in the Uncommon Justice series and I very much enjoyed reading it! Liam has appeared throughout this series either through conversation between his brothers or in the flesh, so to speak, but this was the first book where he was actually a main character. He had always seemed standoffish and it was wonderful to get inside his head. He was also a man who had many emotional wounds and it seemed that more than a few of them came from his history with Rae Burke.

Liam and Rae had a complicated history and I was most curious in finding out the whole story about what had transpired between them. It was quite clear that at one point there had been a love interest between them but that had gone down in flames after a serious event that had many far-reaching consequences. Given their history, the only reason that Rae ended up searching Liam out was because she was in desperate need of assistance and the only reason that Liam agreed to help was that he wanted answers.

I loved reading Don’t Keep Silent because both Rae and Liam were relatable characters who were earnest in their hunt for the truth. The mystery was quite thrilling and there were moments of edge of your seat action and suspense that had me turning the pages as fast as I could! There were also moments of such sweet sincerity between these characters, a very inspirational meeting of minds and hearts. Overall, Don’t Keep Silent was a compelling story that, in addition to being a clean read, had an intriguing and suspenseful mystery at the heart of it!
