After spending time alongside Ualalapi, a warrior beholden to the last ruler of the Gaza Empire before it was taken over by Portuguese colonial forces at the end of the 19th century and transformed into the modern day Moçambique, I now find myself en route from NYC to Arizona by car alongside the narrator of an unnamed Chicana family, who is compiling a Lost Children Archive of Central American immigrant children who are housed in modern day concentration camps in trump's America.
