What cheese are you enjoying?

I’ve been liking Cypress Grove Humboldt Fog lately. A lot of flavor. Great with red wine. Also the creamy creamy Delice de Bourgogne.

I'm down to my last little nub of Cambozola. *weeps* But I just bought myself a wedge of Vacherousse d’Argental a couple of days ago. I'll be diving face first into that tonight. (Washing it down with some white wine with peach slices floating in it, most likely.)

Recently found a selection of good ones at the local Woollies: Lancashire, Boerenkaas, Blue Rock ... and a friend (the kind one really appreciates) brought some locally-made "Caerphilly" from the Midlands.

There's a farm stand about half a mile from me called Catapano's selling their own goat cheese. (I moved last Summer.) So far I've only been buying their chevre and it is divine. Somewhat pricy, but delectable.
