Should these tags be combined or left seperate? Currently there is 15 yes, 5 no, 5 undecided.

Probably not. There could be 101 Irwin Fletchers that don't use M as a middle initial.

Reaching for one of the excellent Fletch books right now. Or perhaps the even better Flynn set.

BTW, the M. is for Maurice.

If the "Irwin Fletcher" tag isn't currently being used for anyone except the character created by Gregory Mcdonald, and there isn't anyone else that it's likely to be used for, I don't see any harm in combining the tags.
