I'm a huge Jefferson "fangirl" and I liked it. It will take him down a peg, which is okay, because I believe one can enjoy the Founding Father even more if they're taken off the pedestal. But you're someone who can't take in finding fault in the man, then don't read it. But the author treats his subject fairly, and the book is well-researched. Crawford likes his events to be put in proper order, but I don't think it ruins the narrative. I would certainly recommend it :)
