I started with Sapiens. I found Homo Deus reused a lot of material so, although it does go further, you end up seeing a lot of the same stuff from a different angle. There is new stuff, particularly towards the end and, as I said, the approach is a bit different so I'd say that reading both is actually worthwhile, especially if you enjoy his style.

21 LESSONS FOR THE 21ST CENTURY is his latest and was definitely worthwhile. I read SAPIENS first and it was one of the best books I ever read, thus hard to top. HOMO DEUS & 21 LESSONS kind of continue with the same themes, so it wasn't as life-disrupting to read them, but he's definitely become one of my favorite authors and thinkers.
