Need help finding the name of a book.

The book is about this girl who's was shy and nice she went to this party who one of the popular boys from school was there they ended up having sex she got pregnant and ended up leaving town because her religion her family did accept the fact she had sex without marriage the guy becomes a fireman and is still in love with her. One day she decided to come back and move in with her cousin which was the only one that didn't judge her. They end up getting together she tells him the baby is his but her 2 brothers make there life impossible.. any idea of the name of this book?
