The Holy Grail for Dylan fans. It's being released by Sony to preserve copyright in Europe. Mostly soundboard recordings. The following links provide more details. Looks like it will be reasonably priced, and not a limited edition.

NOTES.
Sydney 13 Apr 1966 electric set
- The lyrics to Tell Me Mama are clearly a work-in-progress. It would be interesting to compile a variorum Tell Me Mama. (By the way, the lyrics to this on the 'official' Dylan site are a joke, faked by some fan who couldn't really work them out. 'Cold black water-dog' indeed!)
- Using the more familiar Manchester show as a baseline, these performances are generally a bit slower, even gentler.
- I can hear Dylan's electric guitar! on Baby Let Me Follow You Down. Usually his guitar seems to be either turned way down or at least swallowed in the fury of the Hawks' onslaught.

>8 Crypto-Willobie: For some reason, the sound mix for the Sydney show is off. Dylan is way up in the mix for the Sydney show, and the Hawks sound a bit muddy in the background. It is good for focusing on Dylan's vocals though.

Yeah, he's popping his p's etc.
Isn't this when they just started to make soundboard recordings?
Maybe they'll improve as we follow them.
I'm gonna try to go through them in order. I only got about halfway through this cd when my boom box died, And the 'cupholder' on my pc is dodgy. I've just inherited my mom's turntable/cd/cassette combo but don't have it set up yet
