Paul, you are being rather too 'pushy' here. There is a group where this kind of promotion is allowed (Hobnob With Authors).
Otherwise you are probably OK with saying that X is been reissued on Kindle (even mentioning the extended ending) on a relevant thread to which you are already contributing.
