Okay, I feel like I really should know the name of this book, but its totally out of my head.
Its about some kids who explore the bottom of the ocean. All of the water is gone (I can't remember why) and they explore all the ships, etc.

Sorry, that doesn't sound familiar to me! I did just wanted to say that there is another group on LT called Name That Book ( http://www.librarything.com/groups/namethatbook ) and that group deals completely with stuff like this! I hope that's helpful, even if I don't know the book you're describing!
