What classics did you want/receive for Christmas?
I had Anne Bronte's works on my wishlist. I got a lovely, old, leather-bound copy Ninety-Three by Victor Hugo and some classic science fiction books.

I got E.T.A. Hoffmanns Tomcat Murr, translated into Dutch for the very first time. It's the autobiography of a cat, a descendant of Puss in Boots, mixed with the biography of a fictional composer, Kreisler. I love cats, and I loved Tristram Shandy (which was an influence) so I'm sure I'll love this one.
