Om mit bibliotek
My library is composed of books I own or have owned at some point. I prefer to donate them when I'm finished to make space for new! Most of my collection is used from library book sales, used books stores, or local thrift shops. However, some books come compliments of friendly BookCrossers. Still others are ARCs and finished copies provided to me by friendly publishers who like the occasional noise I make on my book blog and have provided me with numerous opportunities to enjoy exciting books before their release. I used to prefer mysteries, thrillers, and horror novels, but have since shifted to enjoying more of "literary fiction," young adult fiction, historical fiction, and even some Sci-fi/fantasy. My shelf, I think, is a good mingling of both the old and the new. With the help of my many bookish internet influences, I have confidence that my book tastes with continue to evolve and even more genres will find their ways to my shelves in the coming years!
Om mig
I'm a 30-something with a BA in Political Science that has proved less than useful, a home in central Pennsylvania, and a generally happy life. I work full time behind the scenes in healthcare to pay the bills, but my true passions are reading, writing about what I'm reading, and traveling whenever the opportunity presents itself.

I love to shop for books at Goodwill, the Salvation Army, library sales, and used book stores - with a recently discovered addiction to cheap e-books, too. The feeling of finding a "diamond in the rough" (AKA a book from my rather ginormous wish list - adding to which is one of my other great hobbies) is one of my finest pleasures. I'm always looking for more great books to read, so I look forward to checking out shelves with similar contents to my own and welcome insightful book recommendations from just about anybody!
