- I'm an eclectic reader, and tend to go through phases -- all fantasy, all romance, all books on genetics, etc. I never know quite what I'll be reading next, and that's the way I like it. I'll try everything once, and all kinds of things find a home in my library.
As I re-import my books, I'll start with the books I own and haven't read yet, and try to decide where to go from there. - About Me
- Hi! I'm Nikki, I'm thirty, and I live in South Yorkshire with my wife and three bunnies. I read a lot, write a bit, crochet and cross-stitch, and collect degrees. (Three down, ??? to go.)
My reviews focus on my personal reaction to a book, and usually my ratings aren't based on technical merit but on my enjoyment. So a trashy urban fantasy novel might still get four stars on pure enjoyment, though I tend to reserve five stars for something that really knocks me for six.
My blog is also worth a look if you're interested in my thoughts on books. I'm just revamping my LibraryThing and I'm not sure how much I'll use it, so right now my blog is the place to find my reviews and other writing about reading and books. - Sted
