I have collected books ever since I can remember. My nan set me off when I was 7 by buying me the most beautifully illustrated copy of The Wizard of Oz and I have loved books ever since. We have lived in many countries over the years and usually, just before we move, my library gets a clean out and the remaining books come with us, as a result I have had many libraries. Some books, though, will always be on my book shelf

I enjoy reading and stitching in my spare time and love to travel. Have even been known to write a story or two and love to cook up a storm in the kitchen - never the same dish twice though as the outcome depends entirely upon what we have in the fridge
