- About My Library
- My library is a collection of collections. Sci-Fi, old paperbacks w/graphic covers,childrens literature,cosmology,pop-ups, Alice In Wonderland.
- About Me
- I learned to read before starting school and was bored when I got there. As a child, I wanted to read every book in the library. The first few titles didn't interest a fourth grader so I changed my plan.
I started collecting late in life because I moved so much. In 1995 I had one shelf of read books. In 1996 I read "Old Books, Rare Friends" By Rostenberg and Stern and decided I wanted to be a book sleuth. By 2001 I had a room full of books. I received a BA in English from Old Dominion University and am pursuing a Masters in Library Science.
Looking back, I regret selling some books I wish I had kept, but have more books than I will ever read. - Sted
