I love anything that is easy, humorous, intriguing, or heart-tugging to read. Fluid styles, witty words, wacky and outstanding characters catch my attention and keeps me turning page after page.

My all-time favourites are Agatha Christie's Hercule Poirot, Enid Blyton's Five Find-Outers and Kathryn Kenny's Trixie Belden.

Recent favourites are Joanne Fluke's Hannah Swensen, Julia Quinn's regency romances and any modern works inspired by Jane Austen.

Even more recent favs: M.C. Beaton's Agatha Raisin mysteries and her Edwardian mystery series starring Lady Rose Summer.
