About My Library
I read a wide variety of books... but for the most part I'd have to say that my taste runs to the trashier end of the spectrum. I like popular fiction and I'm not ashamed about it, though sometimes I feel like I should be. I want to escape into what I'm reading, live a life that is fun or exciting. I don't mind crying when I read a book, but I don't want to be depressed by it. I don't read a lot of 'issue' books, but if I see that something is getting recommended over and over again... then it usually sparks my interest. Alternatively, I also LOVE biographies and historical non-fiction.
About Me
I'm the married mother of two (one is furry and says meow). I'm a part time student working on my degree in History with an eye towards teaching high school social studies. Until I'm done with that though, I work for an organization that provides services to children with developmental delays.

I'm an American; born and raised in Florida... I'm a Disney fanatic and I can see the Space Shuttles launch from my living room window. One day I'd like to be able to travel the world, but for now I'm really very happy with my little corner of it.
