About My Library

I tag my books according to country in which the book is published and genre, I have too many tags but have yet to decide how to pare down my collections to something manageable.

About Me

I have loved reading for as long as I can remember; my Mom loved reading and I can remember the first 'adult' book she gave me that I read. (Phyllis A Whitney) I'm retired now, so I can indulge my love of buying more books than I could possibly finish in my lifetime. 

I prefer used bookstores over chains and independent stores; I look for out of print and other collectible type books to read and collect for my personal library.

I prefer older books over new releases, especially if the new release is considered 'timely'.
