About My Library
I like to read just about anything, but am particularly fond of horror, weird, and transgressive fiction. Real life is ordinary enough. I am a scholar of Asia and world religions academically, which also leads to a great number of books on both topics, particularly Buddhism—though a fair number of those haven't yet made their way into my LibraryThing collections. I read Japanese as well, and have a sizeable collection of Japanese-language manga in addition to a smattering of novels.
About Me
I'm a working writer and editor from California. I spend far too much time reading, which occasionally interferes with the time I spend writing. My fiction and poetry have appeared in Despumation, Deimos, the Sheepshead Review, UNC Charlotte's Sanskrit, and Pantheon Magazine and Solarcide print anthologies.
