About My Library
The books I have listed are all the books I have either owned or read. I keep a separate wishlist elsewhere as I don't want to muddy up the LT waters. I'm trying to read a book in every Dewey Decimal section.
About Me
I'm a voracious reader/collector with over 1,400 books in my library. Although, from looking through some readers and libraries here, I'm not as voracious as one might think.

I read a ton of non-fiction as I like to know about what is actually in the world and not in someone's imagination. Unfortunately, I have decided to embark on the Dewey Challenge, so I've got to read at least 50 or so fiction works in the coming years.

From looking at a bunch of the photo galleries on this site, I've come to think that there are two kind of book shelvers: those who push the books all the way to the back of the shelf in order to place objects in front (making the books hard to get to quickly) and those who line the spines up with the front edge of the shelf (creating a uniform display). I fall into the latter group. Those who lay their books sideways and stack are both anachronistic and anathema.
