About Me
Thirty years ago, I switched from a catholic convent college's chanting sounds to the Ozzy Ozbourne tunes of busy fine-dining kitchens. This sharp turn set the tone for the career that followed. I took a chef's knife, a Swiss accent, a notebook, and a pair of Denim on a binge through five careers in culinary art, publishing, entertainment, tech & human sciences. Journeying through a maze from winning a Michelin Star in 1998 to advising California tech leadership roughly 20 years later. But no matter the culture or the industry I was in, one single talent always guided me:

- Taking what's available to me.
- Making it more beautiful.
- Offering it in the service of people.

My path may read a bit like an early draft of a failed Quentin Tarantino script. But for me, my career wasn't so much about the roles I filled than it was about being on a quest for disruptive novelty. I learned priceless lessons about the imaginative potential of ambiguity, the abundant possibility of uncertainty, and some (ugly) truths of inventive transformation along my way.

As of today, I work as a certified coach trained in the neuroscience of creative change. Empowering talent and their teams on their journey through their maze of disruptive innovation, organizational change, and the sheer pursuit of intrinsic aspiration. Challenging the same question I asked myself 30 years ago before I dropped out of college: «Where did all the fun go?» And while I may not have all the answers, I have an idea or two about where to start the quest. In the end, I even nailed six diplomas on my wall. But very few of the skills I share today I actually learned in school.
