About My Library

After a stretch of bookselling, I became a minor collector. My relatively modest collection (I hear bibliophile book collections can soar into the quintuple digits) of approximately 250 books is composed largely of comparative religion and a particular stripe of literary and science fiction (Angela Carter, Shirley Jackson, Phillip K. Dick, etc). I am always grateful for recommendations and conversations around books & reading. As someone who arrived to books late in life (mid 20s) I still have tremendous blind spots that stretch out in almost every direction.

About Me

I am a Seattle-based artist, designer and musician. My handle is a reference to Zelazny's Chronicles of Amber and the wise, even-tempered, one-armed brother of the series' hero.
