About My Library

I have about 1,000 hardcovers and paperbacks in my personal study, and about 50 Kindle e-books. Most of my library is comprised of history, biographies, and the classics, but I like a little of everything. I usually read three or four books per month, and I rate each of them in LibraryThing. Two books with the same rating aren't necessarily of comparable literary quality -- I might award five stars to a Tolstoy novel and five stars to a pulp fiction classic, because I appreciate them both for what they are.
