Established in 2004, the ICAS Book Prizes competition aims to create an international focus for publications on Asia while at the same time increasing the visibility for Asia studies worldwide. All vis mere scientific books pertaining to Asia and published during the preceding two calendar years are eligible. Three prizes are awarded, one each in social sciences and humanities and a colleagues' choice award. The prizes are presented by the International Convention of Asia Scholars. vis mindre
