I don't run as much as I used to, but this book reminded me of all the things I love about it. With stories of encouragement and struggle and joy and pain...this has it all!
Lots of excellent resource material and inspirational stories to help any runner beginning to the more experienced. Written by runners that know running this book will stick around for me if I ever need to come back to any injury I may incure or need training tips on that marathon that's coming up.
