I suspect that if you gave ten people what would be the very enjoyable task of selecting interesting bits from the early volumes of Notes & Queries, you'd end up with almost no overlap at all in the ten different selections. This is one possible selection, and it's sufficiently amusing to dip in and out of.

I have been on a journey working through personal insecurities and falling into the performance and comparison trap. I love this book because helps put into perspective God’s view of not only my calling and ministry put me as a person.
