Peter Warshall

When I read this in 1979, it was the best book out there on the subject of home sewage systems. It's still great in explaining the state of the art as of 1979, and I've referred to it several times because my own septic system was installed in that year. These days, though, I'd recommend "Septic System Owner's Manual" by Lloyd Kahn because we've learned a lot about septic design in the last 30 years.
