Fernando Valenti

Fernando Valenti has performed and recorded a large and varied repertory of eighteenth-century harpsichord music and has made numerous tours of the United States, Latin America, and Europe. He began his teaching career at the Juilliard School, which appointed him as its first harpsichord professor vis mere in 1951. He subsequently taught at the Cleveland Institute, the California Institute of the Arts, Baylor University, Lubbock Christian College, San Jose State University, and Yale University.
