Flex in the City (The Good Guys, #13) af Eric Ugland
this is the first decent book in while. The last few books in both series were just mediocre.
The first half of this book required both an editor and proofreader pass. Then it started picking up steam and the mistakes decreased a bit. The second half I enjoyed.
between 2 and 3 stars. 3 because it has potential.
Was a classic litrpg. had some nice ideas and quests.
A bit too many things stayed hidden and still are and for my taste.
The dialogues could have been a bit more refined. That got better in the last chapters. In the beginning all dialogues are too goal oriented. Most of the time people like to talk to each other and sometimes even say two or more sentences before the other answers. ;)
But the MC is likeable and as i said the quests and game mechanics are nice. Hope there will be some more answers in the next episode.… (mere)

Nice dungeon run. Better social interaction but still the author could work on that. A new group member and at the end of the book we know nothing about Emiline - in a tight knit dungeon group that is just not believable. People talk to each other! Especially in stressful situations. And stop make all scenes she plays a role being a scene where she changes clothes. That is so old-school.
