As someone who was bullied at school, I can relate to the author and what he went through. It is a horrendous thing to deal with, especially when you are so young. This guide really nails the thought processes and unhealthy coping techniques that people can use to try and deal with the pain. It aims to help people identify the issues they face and help get them back on track with their life. Your self esteem can really take a hit from bullying and this can follow through to when you are an adult, holding you back from what you want to do because you don't feel you are good enough. There is some solid advice from someone who knows what they are talking about. If you have had difficulties with bullying in the past, then this is a great book to read. Highly recommended.… (mere)
