Contemporary Ethics: Taking Account of Util… af William Shaw
While it isn't exactly simplistic, this is clearly a book for those who have no prior experience with utilitarianism. It is a good introduction to a fairly detailed version of the moral theory, as well as some alternate theories and arguments against it. I found it a bit dry and repetitive at times, but I'm not exactly the target audience. The format is very well thought-out and anticipates many reader questions and concerns.
