While spending most of my time at home during the current pandemic, I've been trying to explore various types of cuisines. Mexican food has always been a favorite of mine, so I was happy to discover this cookbook. Many of the recipes are similar to what I would order at a Mexican restaurant, so it makes the self-isolation a lot more bearable. The recipes sound easy to prepare, and most of the ingredients are already in my kitchen. I can't wait to chow down with these recipes.

Colorful photos of finished recipes. There is no nutritional informtion but the recipes are very quick and easy to make.
Rather than making the crusts you can buy the dough already made and then put it into the shapes for the item you are making.
My favorite would be the blueberry one because we always have the berries in the fridge or the freezer.

Always on the lookout for new recipes and with game day approaching I thought I might
fnd just another one. So many to choose from you can easily make several because they are so quick to make.
Look appetizing also. Where the recipe originated, pictures for each one but no nutritional information. Most are made with light or fat free products.
