As a long time reader, listener, and admirer Jo Saxton's preaching, teaching and speaking - this book is pure inspiration from the start. Jo's inspirational from page one and her Bible knowledge as well as fire for women knowing His truth is evident as the reader makes their way through this book. Food for my hungry soul, I found myself highlighting and making notes more often than not and finally realized I needed to pull my Bible out to really delve deeper into this while following Jo's words. She uses biblical references to illustrate the powerful part women played in the early church. As then, women today should expect and work to be all the God has called us to be. She concludes with some practical advice, thoughts, and encouragement to those women who have already assumed leadership roles.… (mere)
