The Secret Life of a Black Aspie af Anand Prahlad
I know of no other memoir of a person who is on the autism/asperger's spectrum and who was born a poor African-American. The man is a published poet, and I'm often not sure if a word choice is intended as a poetic metaphor or an actual neurological-atypical perception, but no matter, I learned much about how such a person experiences the world.
I THINK I read this sample when researching hip hop? for the 'musica urbana' quilt I was making sept 17?
