Rose Phillips

Got an arc of this and was really very pleasantly surprised. I’ve not read the previous books, and at first struggled a little to follow, but once I got into the groove I really enjoyed it.

Kudos to the author for getting this BatB fan to like a character named Gaston.

As I got to know Sophie and Gaston I really enjoyed their relationship and how it developed. I am a sucker for rediscovered love.

There were a couple of things at the d while wrapping up the story that I a would have enjoyed more focus on, especially in respect to Sophie and her friends and another meeting, but all in all I really enjoyed this book, and am considering reading the others in the series.… (mere)
