Ages 5-9. A young girl deals with body shaming, comes to terms with her body and decides to make some healthy changes. This book has some merit but is a bit outdated. Shows that each person is responsible for making their own happiness and not to be discouraged by others.

this book is about a girl who a little on the big side and people point out that she is big, but she does let that bother her. 4-5
