A lovely collection of pie recipes. I tried the lemon meringue with poppyseed meringue and poppyseed crust (OMG), the wild blueberry (yum!), and my favorite thus far, the Brown Butter and Honey Pecan Pie. The recipes are easy to follow and the results are delicious. The interior photos are gorgeous and the recipe list is extensive. There are custard pies, chess pies, Nesselrode pies, fruit pies, and savory pies. There are detailed directions and techniques that are helpful for the beginning pie baker.
