LIked it more than I thought I would.

I enjoyed the first half of the book that talks about mindset and nutrition. I think what let the book down was the sameness of some of the recipes. There was 5 different porridge recipes that each had their own page but the only difference was topping you put on it!

A very good insight into the mind of Ronnie O'Sullivan. Looking forward to reading the next part of his autobiography, when it is released later this year. His mindset was in a fragile state at the end of this book so it'll be interesting to see how he coped.

An interesting way to approach an autobiography. Ronnie’s love of running comes through in spades and I like his honesty about his relationship with Mark Selby. If you’re a snooker fan, we’ll worth a read.
