The Complete Book of Caribbean Cooking af Elisabeth Lambert Ortiz
Lovely cookbook, evoking a lot of nostalgia for me. I'm sending it off as a little ambassador.
Excellent guide to all possible permutations of herbs.
A cute little 60 page small book. It has some very interesting, tasty and simple to prepare Brazilian recipes. Part of a series, I am going to hunt for more books in the series.
