Although RUSH is a short novel,it was a delight to read. This would be a great book to reread every Christmas to remind us that Christmas is about more than just gifts. It gives new insight into how total strangers who are in a dangerous situation can pull together to survive. Although the book is about a serious subject, surviving a blizzard, it is written with some comedy thrown in. You can get teary eyed one minute, and laugh out loud the next. The book also gave me a better understanding of what UPS drivers go through to make sure we get our packages. They are truly dedicated. There are some errors in the book, but they don't take away from the story. I won this book on a Bookplex giveaway.… (mere)
