Shabbos candles make it possible for people who have lost their way (their boat ran out of gas and they landed on the other side of the island before Shabbos) to find a lighthouse that is now used as a home. So everyone has a nice Shabbos and lives happily ever after. There is mention of Hashem's army: its uniform is tzitzit and one of its generals is the local rabbi. I suppose its sweet and wholesome, but it feels like it was written to teach and encourage good behavior, not out a need to share a story. The pictures are nice and colorful.… (mere)
