Decent reference, plenty of good info but again seems to overwhelm with everything that could go wrong. Also seems strangely anti cosleep and toddler breastfeeding to me.
A great introduction on how to prepare yourself physically and mentally before trying to conceive.
I read most of this book, and it has a lot of good information. A lot of it reminded me of things I read in the book, Taking Charge of your Fertility.
An extremely helpful book to prepare the unexperienced for pregnancy. This book gives timelines, guidelines and recommendations about your preconception practices and expectations. Even if you're just curious about parenthood and pregnancy, this book is a must read.
