-Professional tone with subtle humor
-testimonials and examples from former patients
-profoundly spiritual healing
-urges unconditional love for self and others
-no expectations for healing quickly

Cons:
-only focuses on spiritual aspect of empathetic health
-little explanation of concepts that would be foreign to a beginner (ex. chakras)
-felt repetitive and a bit shallow

As an empath and HSP I found some helpful concepts in this book. Specifically regarding establishing some time and space for recharging and processing. I have read a good bit on this topic already so I didn't hear anything new as much as I was reminded of things I needed to hear again. As a believer in the Bible and a follower of Christ I found some things I thought to be a bit sketchy from a theological view but this book never claimed to be a theological textbook. Overall I would recommend it to someone who is just starting to understand and study up on High Sensitivity or empath abilities, but I would also recommend you take it with a grain of salt and filter it through more grounded spiritual instruction.… (mere)
