This is an excellent book for learning about the fundamental Buddhist teachings. I love how the audiobook (Audible) was structured; each of the 12 teachings was recorded during Jack Kornfield’s presentations to a live audience. I listen to a lot of podcasts on this subject so I’m used to this format. I definitely foresee myself re-listening to portions of this audiobook when I want a refresher on a specific lesson. Jack eloquently speaks about the Four Noble Truths, the Eightfold Path, karma, the Ten Perfections, and so much more!
