One of my very favorite books ever! I looove Briana and Jacob
My first book by this author and it definitely won't be my last. Loved the wit and humor of the story and the depth and "lessons" of the plot. Fun, quick read (listen) and the narrator was great!
This is my favorite Abby Jimenez book so far. I love that this book (and all of Abby's books) cover difficult topics in a way that is relatable. This book had me feeling all my feels from happiness to rage, they ran the gamut.
Alexis's dad was 100% an A-hole, her mom had no backbone and was kind of a "B", her ex was a total jerk. The chemistry between Alexis and Daniel was obvious from the moment they met.

Once again I am moved to tears by Abby Jimenez. She knows how to write characters that are relatable and fun to read. I would recommend her novels to anyone who enjoys reading fiction but also likes to find connections with the characters on more personal levels.
Dr. Brianna Ortiz's life is currently at a low point with her divorce being finalized, her brother needing a kidney donner, and wanting the promotion at work that is probably going to the new dr.
Dr. Jacob Maddox has social anxiety and dealing with some troubles of his own, like his brother and ex girlfriend getting married.
The chemistry between Brianna and Jacob is noticeable from the start, even if it is a rough one. The letters they write back and forth are precious and are a beautiful start to their budding relationship.… (mere)
