The original book, Spy the Lie, was really good. They use the exact same stories in this one, though, so if you've read the first book, the dramatic impact of the stories is a bit spoiled because you know about them already.

Other people have mentioned this book feels padded, and I tend to agree. In the interest of time, I refer you to Max's August 17, 2012 review which I think sums up this book quite well, e.g.,
"This book was a good introduction to finding deception in interviews. It discusses what lies sound like, and what they look like in terms of body language. The information was simple to understand, and they have good practical examples."

Employees. The glossary is a tremendous resource as well as the Sandusky interview. While the book doesn't make one an expert in lie detection it certainly helps in knowing what we should look for as leaders of congregations.
